Congratulations Mrs. Hopper!
Jordan Hopper was named Cheyenne’s Teacher of the Year for the 2021-2022 school year. Mrs. Hopper is in her eighth year of teaching English, and this is her third year at Cheyenne. After graduating from Edmond North High School, Mrs. Hopper went on to attend the University of Central Oklahoma and received her Bachelors of English Education in 2015 after being inspired to teach by her many great Edmond Public School ELA teachers. She wants to encourage her young authors to tell their stories and effectively communicate to positively impact the world around them as they develop a lifelong love of reading and writing. Mrs. Hopper has been married for 15 years to Christopher Hopper, and they have two teenage children named Rylee and Aiden.
