Edmond Public Schools subscribes to these online resources. You can access them when you are using school and library computers or Chromebooks. For home access, get your username and password from the Media Director, Mrs. Neff.

World Book Online

World Book Online includes the full World Book Encyclopedia plus many other features for research including selected web sites and journal articles.

Gale Virtual Reference Library contains electronic reference books. These eBooks are available 24/7 through the Gale Virtual Reference Library platform.

Oklahoma Digital Prairie’s EBSCOhost service

Oklahoma Department of Libraries EBSCOhost service is a collection of databases that will search journals, newspapers, magazines, and other information.

Discovery Education Logo

Discovery Education allows students to browse by subject, search for a specific topic, or create using the Studio feature. It contains videos, interactives, activities, images, audio, and more.

Sora has a large collection of fiction and nonfiction ebooks and audiobooks. Watch this quick introduction video then follow the instructions below.

Go to Sora app, click “Find my school,” choose “Edmond Public Schools,” click “Sign in using Edmond School District 12.” Once you are signed in, click on the 3 lines in the upper right corner, and click the green plus sign that says, “Add a library.” There you will type in Metropolitan Library Systems. This will add thousands of additional titles for you to read.
