Bring NEW socks to Mrs. Wildman in the FCS room during the month of October and get a treat and your name on the "Socktober Wall of Fame." Our goal is 300 pairs of new socks! Student Council went to the HOPE Center on Saturday, Sept. 21st. The students worked to prepare food for pickup, as well as, sorted donations of clothes, toys, and other supplies. Serving the community is an important part of the Cheyenne Student Council mission.
TSA Participated in TSA Riversport Day!
We had two teams enter the cardboard canoe challenge. Each team built a canoe out of cardboard and duct tape. We did have a successful canoe team float!

Tomorrow, September 27th is Pizza Day! We will be selling pizza by the slice and box, along with $1 drinks during lunch.
Hat Day is coming up! Bring $1 to wear a hat to school all day on Wednesday, Sept. 25th! When you arrive, give your $1 to Ms. Mills in the commons and receive a stamp that grants you permission to wear your hat all day.

It's Popsicle Day! PTO will be selling popsicles today during recess for $1!
Thank you to everyone who wrote a letter to a hero letting them know how much we appreciate them! FCCLA officers delivered over 225 notes to the Edmond Fire Department, the Edmond Police Department and to soldiers. After delivering the notes, these FCCLA officers were able to tour the Edmond Fire Department: Kaleah Jones, Eden Blackwell, Olivia Yoon, Olivia Austin, Victoria Rainwater, Camdyn Rowley and Nyla Richardson.

Join us at Cheyenne's Pink Out games on Tuesday, Sept. 10th. Softball begins at 4:30 pm at Mitch Park. Volleyball begins at 5 pm in the Cheyenne gym.
We want our heroes to know we appreciate them! In honor of Patriots Day on 9/11, FCCLA is writing notes of thanks and support for our firefighters, police, and soldiers. All students and staff at Cheyenne can be a part of this very special community service project. Just write a note and address it "Dear Hero", write a few words of encouragement, and then sign it! You could also draw pictures. Give your notes and pictures to Mrs. Wildman in the FCS room 405. FCCLA will deliver them to our local heroes for you on September 10.
