Do you want to tryout for the Edmond North Boys Freshman Basketball Team? Tryouts will be at Cheyenne Middle School on April 13-14, from 4:00-5:15 PM. Please go to the school's sports Smore to sign up, or email coach Corbin Byford at corbin.byford@edmondschools.net.
📣 Who: Current 6th & 7th grade boys (26–27 school year 7th & 8th graders) at Cheyenne or Sequoyah Middle Schools

This 2-day tryout is for athletes interested in joining our Summer Training Camp led by the Edmond North Varsity Staff.
💪 What to Expect:
• 6 weeks of summer workouts
• 8:00–10:00 AM sessions
• Strength training + skill development

This is NOT for the 26–27 school team and does not affect your school team status at Cheyenne or Sequoyah.

Cheyenne Middle School proudly celebrated outstanding student achievement during a special assembly recognizing our March Students of the Month and Mustangs of Character!
Each grade selected students for the Students of the Month award. These students exemplify academic excellence, leadership, and strong character. Teachers shared what makes each honoree a true role model among their peers.
We also honored our Mustangs of Character—students who consistently demonstrate our P.R.I.D.E. values:

To add some fun to the celebration, each grade-level had a team of teachers and students compete in an exciting round of potato hockey 🥔🏒— with the 8th grade team taking home the win! 🏆

Is your 7th grader interested in going to Washington D.C. next summer? Come join us for a parent information night! Here are some important details about the meeting:

Meeting Time: 5 pm
Location: At Cheyenne in the cafeteria
Before the meeting, please read the invitation your child brought home about our trip. This letter has a lot of great information, including a QR code for you to RSVP to the meeting. We'll talk about the sights and experiences that they will have on the trip, as well as the logistics of making the trip happen. Hope to see you there!
