Cheyenne FCCLA Chapter Officers attended FCCLA leadership workshops in Enid, OK. Afterward, they delivered your hero appreciation letters and cookies to the Edmond Fire and Police Departments. Due to a scheduling conflict, the TSA Parent meeting scheduled for September 25th is canceled. Mr. Kennedy will be sending out a letter for parents to cover the information that would have been provided in the meeting.



Edmond North Girls' wrestling is pleased to invite all 7th & 8th grade girls from Cheyenne Middle School to join us for an evening of fun. Hear from the coaching staff, meet the girls, and witness a live skills demonstration. Join us for pizza, games, and a free t-shirts on October 2 from 6 - 7 PM in the Old Gym at Sequoyah Middle School. In U.S. History, students brought the Revolutionary War to life with a Patriot vs. Loyalist debate! 💥 Two students from each class took the stage in the commons to argue whether colonists should stay loyal to the British Crown 👑 or fight for independence.
Classes came together to watch the debate, take notes, and see both sides of this historic divide come alive! 💬📜

50 lucky students got to attend an exclusive small-group workshop where they dove into the world of graphic novels and storytelling with the author himself!

Mrs. Crutchfield’s math students had a “cereal-sly” fun time learning about ratios! Using Fruit Loops, they practiced writing ratios of the different colors in three different ways. Who knew math could be so delicious? 🥣#ShineYourLight

Hi Mustang Families,
With the start of the new school year, the Cheyenne Food Pantry could use your assistance with stocking the pantry shelves. The Pantry supports over 50 students and their families each week by providing supplemental food assistance on the weekends. The Pantry partners with the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank and Project 66 monthly, but depends heavily on the generosity and donations from the school community as well. Cheyenne's Parents' Swim Meeting will be on September 22, in the cafeteria. Swim tryouts for 7th and 8th graders will take place on Tuesday, October 7, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitch Park YMCA (Edmond Schools Aquatic Center).
